Refund Policy

Effective September 14, 2026

1. Digital, on-demand delivery

TrustShelf is free for your first 5 published reviews. Beyond that, unlocking unlimited reviews is a one-time, non-recurring payment — there is no subscription and no recurring charge. Because the unlock is applied to your account immediately at the moment of payment, all sales are generally final once unlimited access has been successfully activated on your account.

2. When we do refund

If you paid but, due to a technical error on our side, the Service failed to generate your paid output at all, contact us within 7 days of the payment at o.guzey@crtable.com with your report link or Stripe receipt, and we will issue a full refund or generate the output again, at your choice.

3. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
